after the weekend validation window closes.

The story this week
v0.0.64 is the week the Portal started feeling more like one persistent interface around memory, Operator, infrastructure,
and everyday work instead of a collection of separate experiments.
Personal knowledge became first-class.3DVR Brain introduced a local-first Markdown workspace,
Master Notes added a conversation-friendly memory flow, and the user-owned intelligence architecture gained an immutable life-event stream
plus automated builder history. See #2669,
#2701,
#2693, and
#2694.
Operator became the persistent Portal shell. Model routing gained Luna with Sol escalation, replies stream on both
the homepage and full app, delegated tasks can round-trip through the managed worker, and the chat surface was repeatedly simplified
to feel calmer and more contained. See #2695,
#2697,
#2708,
#2753, and
#2792.
The homepage interaction got calmer and easier to use. The spinner kept its playful 3D role while navigation,
glare, hold gestures, six-way selection, response ordering, long-response scrolling, and loading motion all received focused passes.
See #2716,
#2759,
#2777, and
#2779.
Production routing became more explicit and recoverable. Capacity-aware routing, a DigitalOcean fallback,
production backup syncing, split-brain guards, an explicit Vercel fallback trigger, durable health routing, and browser-runtime sync
reduce the chance that one stale edge or worker looks like the whole system. See
#2672,
#2687,
#2721,
#2775, and
#2795.
Customer and workforce automation got sturdier. Campaigns gained sender-identity fixes and self-healing Lead Vault sync,
while Lighthouse/IATSE scheduling gained durable access, rolling-window reconciliation, and fail-closed manual writes.
See #2671,
#2685,
#2682, and
#2793.
New experiments stayed connected to the larger system. Science Lab became replication-first, AI Lab gained a real-world
agent benchmark, and the ambient 3DVR HUD experiment made ordinary device interaction part of the visual space
while keeping motion and camera signals optional. See
#2734,
#2749, and
#2778.
Weekend validation focus
Keep Operator responses visually stable on long mobile conversations.
Verify the explicit production fallback path without reintroducing split-brain routing.
Confirm browser admission, runtime sync, and scheduling writes continue to fail closed.
Exercise Brain, Master Notes, and Digital Organism flows without leaking private context into public surfaces.
In short
v0.0.64 is the active candidate for the week of September 21. The stable public milestone is targeted for Monday,
September 28 after the current weekend validation window closes.
