3DVR keeps integrating useful changes into main throughout the week. The weekly release is the shared checkpoint:
Thursday captures the internal snapshot, the weekend absorbs testing and fixes, and Monday records the stable public milestone.
Internal snapshot: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Testing and fixes: Friday, September 18 through Sunday, September 20, 2026
Stable public milestone: Monday, September 21, 2026
The story this week
v0.0.63 turns the Portal into more of an operating system for people and small organizations: coordination, private alignment,
safer access, customer finding, and bounded money experiments all became more concrete.
Assembly became a real coordination workspace. The Business Kernel framing grew into initiatives, teams,
decisions, needs and offers, outcome receipts, portable snapshots, a Now / Next / Waiting view, and bounded authorization.

#2414,
#2430, and
#2441.
The Opportunity Engine learned to connect purpose with revenue. Private alignment signals began influencing
Opportunity Inbox scoring and Venture Capsules, while Stripe revenue attribution and the Boring Money lane made outcomes easier
to measure. See #2443–#2453
and #2466.
Persistent access became more recoverable. Local MCP v0.3, broker-owned browser login, Bitwarden-backed credential
reads, workforce recovery runbooks, and the open remote command runner reduced dependence on one laptop or one fragile session.

#2471,
#2475, and
#2491.
Human Handoff became phone-first. Remote tasks can pause for a person, reconnect safely, open the phone keyboard,
and resume without pretending a human challenge can be automated away. See
#2524 and
#2529–#2536.
Campaigns moved toward a zero-input customer finder. Gmail sending, AI lead discovery, customer-first defaults,
Lead Vault sync, and real-user acceptance work connected outreach more directly to Money Printer. See
#2530,
#2532,
#2546, and
#2550.
Recovery and memory stayed user-owned. Recovery Vault proved a passkey-derived encryption path and portable
ciphertext self-test, while Digital Organism moved into the Portal monorepo as the durable intelligence layer.

#2431, and
#2562.
What we validated
Assembly state remains portable and bounded instead of becoming a second hidden database.
Browser and credential recovery paths fail safely and preserve human approval boundaries.
Campaigns can discover, store, and exercise customer outreach flows without requiring repeated manual setup.
Money experiments retain measurable attribution instead of treating activity itself as success.
In short
v0.0.63 is the stable milestone for the week of September 14. The Portal is increasingly able to coordinate people,
recover its own access, find real opportunities, and preserve private user-owned context without turning autonomy into opacity.
